Courteous, knowledgeable, honest The title of this review sums my experience with the service department at Acura of Omaha. My 2014 MDX was in for warranty repair. I asked that the The title of this review sums my experience with the service department at Acura of Omaha. My 2014 MDX was in for warranty repair. I asked that they inspect the front and rear disc pads for wear as the vehicle is approaching the 50,000 mile mark. Inspection revealed the pads were still serviceable, replacement not necessary at this time. Point is, they could have reported replacement pads were necessary due to the mileage, but they did not. Jerry House, service manager, runs an honest operation. I'll be back. More

Oil change and had some work done that was recommended. Was given a courtesy car to drive when the recommended work was done on my Acura TL. Knowledgeable salesman, but nut "pushy". We appreciated that Ed was not "pushy." He was very knowledgeable about the many features of the MDX.
