When we decided it was time for a new car we didn't even look anywhere else because of our past experience with Jay. Due to a work requirement I had been driving a Nissan. The service dept makes fraudulent claims about the causes of problems. They say it's not covered under warranty, because the cause is always due to something that has nothing to do with warranty. And we never have a leg to stand on, because we have no way of providing They are making fraudulent causes. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if this is with the while dealership. I've been buying Acuras from this dealership for myself and spouse for decades, and ever since covid, it seems like all I get are huge bills every time I take a car in for service, that I firmly believe should be covered. For these kind of decisions, I would think that there's a racket going on between some of the people that work on cars and the service people that schedule the work. I could go on and on, but I am certain no one will even try to reach out and solve this issue. Chances are the management of this dealership hasn't even been told about how extremely unhappy I am. You would think that the service people that I expressed my disgust with, would be REQUIRED to go straight to the top of the dealership management, to let them know about my conversation. And if they did inform them, don't you think if they cared, someone would have at least reached out to me immediately. Loosing a customer like me is more than Loosing me, because I will never recommend anyone to buy acura. Enough said. More
