Organized, Smart and Friendly I made my service arrangements 2 or 3 days in advance and was greeted by a friendly, neatly dressed service representative as I pulled into a very nea I made my service arrangements 2 or 3 days in advance and was greeted by a friendly, neatly dressed service representative as I pulled into a very neat and clean service bay. I was invited to wait in the waiting room next to the show room where refreshments, juice, coffee, water and cookies, were provided. My service rep came in and detailed again the work to be done and noted some other items that were not quite right. I verified what I wanted done and he was off. After a short wait he returned and told me that the work had been completed and that my vehicle was being washed and should be ready when we returned to the service bay. So what can I tell you? Organized, Smart and Friendly. That is how I recall my service visit. I got the idea that that is how they do business. More
