Excellent customer service from the dealership. roadside assistance experience was terrible on the evening of 2/15. Unknown to me, but the Sales Mgr (Allen) was made aware - Allen contacted me as roadside assistance experience was terrible on the evening of 2/15. Unknown to me, but the Sales Mgr (Allen) was made aware - Allen contacted me as I walked in the door after dealing with a flat tire for 3 hours. Took my car into the service dept this morning - was given a loaner, and car up and running again in less time that I dealt with the flat tire - the service department made everything much better. After being a loyal infiniti owner for 16 years, and making the move over to Acura 3 months ago - I was so disappointed in my roadside assistance experience. I now understand they are a vendor - however, my expectation was that I was an Acura roadside assistance customer and it reflected on the dealership and who they do business with. I appreciate Allen and your service department - they truly care about your customers and want the best possible experience for them. More

oil change and tire rotation On the way home from picking up my car from the service dept I realized at 50 mph that my car started to shake. I was going to call the next morning On the way home from picking up my car from the service dept I realized at 50 mph that my car started to shake. I was going to call the next morning but was home sick for 2 days when Acura called me. I told them what happened and he had Pat in Service call me. Pat had someone pick up my car and fix it and bring it back so I didn't have to leave the house!! More

needed battery Was very impressed with the service i got once I got my car there. My car was in garage with dead battery I called Acura Roadside assist only to find Was very impressed with the service i got once I got my car there. My car was in garage with dead battery I called Acura Roadside assist only to find out that they wouldnt come jump start my car because that Service had expired in June was very disappointed. So got some one to jump start car and headed to Acura dealership and they got me in as soon as I got there and 1/2 hour later had new battery. Thanks For Great Service, Judi More
