Great customer service! I called on a Saturday for an appt later in the week and was able to get in on Saturday! I waited for a brief time while they checked my brakes. After deciding to have the recommended work completed, I was offered a loaner vehicle to run my errands as opposed to waiting. It worked out great! They stayed after hours to complete my service. The service advisor, Steve Carberry, was extremely informative, courteous and willing to accommodate! More

Excellent customer service from the dealership. roadside assistance experience was terrible on the evening of 2/15. Unknown to me, but the Sales Mgr (Allen) was made aware - Allen contacted me as roadside assistance experience was terrible on the evening of 2/15. Unknown to me, but the Sales Mgr (Allen) was made aware - Allen contacted me as I walked in the door after dealing with a flat tire for 3 hours. Took my car into the service dept this morning - was given a loaner, and car up and running again in less time that I dealt with the flat tire - the service department made everything much better. After being a loyal infiniti owner for 16 years, and making the move over to Acura 3 months ago - I was so disappointed in my roadside assistance experience. I now understand they are a vendor - however, my expectation was that I was an Acura roadside assistance customer and it reflected on the dealership and who they do business with. I appreciate Allen and your service department - they truly care about your customers and want the best possible experience for them. More
