"Excellent Customer Service with Respect and Honesty" A few weeks ago I was contacted by Mark Klang if I wanted to turn in my old lease and get a new lease three months earlier because I belong to the Loy A few weeks ago I was contacted by Mark Klang if I wanted to turn in my old lease and get a new lease three months earlier because I belong to the Loyalty program. So when Mark contacted me "I said to myself, it's that time again where I sit there for hours negotiating and the salesman goes behind the curtain to ask the big "Oz"!! But this time it was different, Mark made my experience pleasurable. I know it's hard to believe but he did. He was honest with me through the whole process on what he can do and what he cannot do for me. I told Mark what I wanted to spend and what I couldn't spend and he understood. This time around I took a different approach, I was reasonable and I had a friend who leases cars for a business and she guided me through the process which helped me to understand that Mark was being honest with me. My previous two leases have been from Acura of Ocean and only Acura of Ocean. They are a family owned business and treat their customers with respect and honesty.
