This dealership is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with!! Robs knowledge of our used Acura TL was incredible. He even had our home address programmed into the navigation system before we got there. As far as the business portion went, Ciro handled everything professionally and quickly. I would definitely buy my next car here. Even though we drove here from long island the positive experience made the trip all worthwhile!! More

I was called in by Jeff Halpern to return my MdX early for a new one to pay less than what I was currently paying. I thought it was odd & unprofessional when he starting text messaging me about the deal b for a new one to pay less than what I was currently paying. I thought it was odd & unprofessional when he starting text messaging me about the deal because I told him I could not speak @ work. Over 2 days we came to a deal & "supposedly" had the paperwork ready & all I had to do was come in to switch cars & pay. I then find out that he had already went ahead & charged my card for $1000 & he told me his receptionist made a mistake & that I had to come in w/the card for the refund. I gave him the benefit of the doubt & went in to only find out more lies. He lied about the price , details of the lease & best of all lied to my face in front of his manager when I interrupted their conversation to question what was going on while they spoke privately.. Jeff had me drive an hr & 1/2 from where I live w/my newborn baby to waste 3 hrs of my day to be lied to and annoyed. I ended up getting my car from the manager after showing him all the lies & text messages. I would highly suggest to never ever use Jeff or this dealer ship which employes such a sacadalious inconsiderate liar. Jeff Halpern is unprofessional & dishonest! More
The service manager (Alison) was very knowledgeable and friendly. She takes her time explain what was done in detail. I always find the staff to be very friendly and solicitous. The excellent service started as soon as I parked my car. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and directed to the service desk. Here, again, the customer service rep was very friendly, took care of my requests and called to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. All the work I requested was performed perfectly. Had to have my Acura TL towed to the dealership after a computer/AC malfunction. At first I was told that the repairs were going to be so costly that it would not be beneficial to fix the car. After spea computer/AC malfunction. At first I was told that the repairs were going to be so costly that it would not be beneficial to fix the car. After speaking with Steve Cotter, he helped get Acura to pay for some of the repairs. Kudos to the whole team. This is my 4th Acura and you have renewed my commitment to staying with the Acura name. More
