I rated all areas as "good" not that they don't deserve a great rating but mainly because nobody I deal with in any situat Acura dealer I dealt with. My wife and I stopped by the Acura dealer because she needed a new car, and she loved the Acura she's been driving the past 8 years. We bought her last Acura from a non-Acura dealer, so I had never been needed a new car, and she loved the Acura she's been driving the past 8 years. I hate going to any car dealers because I always feel like the salespeople pressure you into getting what turns out to be a lousy deal. How wrong I was!!! Acura of Ocean is the complete opposite of every car-buying experience I've ever had. Mark Gershman (my salesman) was very knowledgable in all the vehicles we looked at, and he helped my wife narrow her choice to our eventual purchase. He really knew his stuff!!! I met one of the owners (Russell Rediker) and between the two of them, they gave me a great deal. (I know I got a great deal because I did my research between the first and second visit) I was a little nervous about the financing, but Russell assured me he had a lot of connections with banks and he would get me a great deal. Sure enough, I got a rate of .9 percent, which I never dreamed I could get. I could go on and on, but this was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

This is our 3rd Acura vehicle and 2nd time with Mr. Fishman as our salesperson. First of all, he's a really good lookin' guy. And he smells nice. Oh, yes, he also was very knowledgeable, courteous and Fishman as our salesperson. First of all, he's a really good lookin' guy. And he smells nice.
