I have an breathalizer locking device on my son's TSX which means it can't be started without me being there. Linda scheduled me 1st thing in the morning so that I could wait for the car. Overall a nice buying experience. I stopped in to check out a 2014 Acura ILX and salesperson Jacob brought a car around for a test drive and to show the highlights of the car. Robert Fishman also assisted in the purchase of the car who was an asset in turning this into a positive buying experience because of his knowledge with the car and friendly personality. I believe I received a fair deal on the trade-in as well as on the purchase price of the Acura ILX, the negotiating was for the most part straight forward. Everyone at the dealership including the Sales Manager is personable and professional. More
This was the most stress free car leasing experience I have had. My husband leased an Acura last year, we sent my sister in a few months ago and I will be bringing my Mom there in a few weeks to possibly have had. This dealership is growing on me. By that, I mean that I am growing to like and appreciate the dealership more and more in the afterglow of their sales/our buying experience. My emerging epiphany about the dealership experience comes from the realization that the stars are the cars; that's what brings us into the showroom and that's what we go home with. In retrospect It also occurred to me that some things that were conspicuous in their absence, e.g. high pressure "this guy, then that guy says" games, further contributed to the effortless and comfortable atmosphere in the dealership and nature of the experience. The dealership has all the requisite elements that you are looking for; well appointed, comfortable showroom and service waiting area, great coffee "and", etc. all contained inside a family type friendly environment. The sales and business folks we dealt with, namely Nicholas Pica, Dan Rupp, Ciro Signorelli and Robert Fishman are consummate professionals and a pleasure to deal with. If you want an Acura and live in this dealership's territory - do your homework, know your prices, be ready to deal - then buy it here. More

I drove from Maryland to buy my used RDX after finding it on line. The price was good but I made the trip primarily because my initial phone discussions and email communication with Acura of Ocean was so muc on line. Usually, the others left me thinking that they are advertising a car they no longer had then tried to sell me something I didn't want. I knew the exact parameters of what I wanted. Once I got to the dealer there were some extra steps pertaining to my trade - in etc. but it all went smoothly. More
