I have complained numerous times about my brakes and window and have gotten nowhere with it. My brakes squeak and I am told that it is normal but to try "aggressively braking" to remove the lining that apparently causes the issue. Sure. Let me put myself in danger and aggressively brake to fix a problem that on a brand new luxury car should not be there in the first place. My driver side window is loose and rattles when I leave it open while driving. The service department had several of their techs drive it and they have no idea what I am talking about. They actually fixed it the first time and it was fine but it broke again. Not only does it rattle but there is now a big smudge mark that shows up anytime I lower and raise the window. When I raised this concern along with the rattling to the service department, the rattling was dismissed and the smudge is simply something that I will have to "deal with." Out of all of this I got a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. They filled the tires wrong so my psi's are all over the place. Ultimately I just told the service representative that I work long hours and no longer have the time to keep bringing the car back to get looked at only to be told there is nothing wrong. Instead of showing any remorse, their response was that they also work long hours. I am glad I leased this car because I now know for sure that I should have gone to Lexus like I originally planned on doing so. Doesn't matter the level of luxury of car you buy, if the service department is not on the same level then you might as well just buy anything and call it a day. Really disappointed. More

He went above and beyond in explaining every detail, and to make the transaction as easy as possible. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to whomever is looking to purchase/lease an Acura! GREAT! I have leased or purchased several Acuras from Acura of Ocean over the last 10 years and have been extremely satisfied. Besides the cars themselves b I have leased or purchased several Acuras from Acura of Ocean over the last 10 years and have been extremely satisfied. Besides the cars themselves being great automobiles, it has been the dealership itself that is most outstanding. I have been dealing with both Dan and Rob, the managers, and the last few times Rich who has been my salesperson. From the top down they have always provided me with the "red carpet" treatment. Rich is just the best...an all around nice guy, no pressure at all and a pleasure to work with. Justin in finance makes things quick and easy and the service department has always been very accommodating. Great all around dealership! More

Our first stop was Acura of Oce We decided it was time to buy our first SUV and had a list of four different models we reviewed and priced on Edmunds. Our first stop was Acura of Ocean to look at the RDX. Rich Wenger met us as we walked in and took us out for a test drive. We told Rich we liked the car, but had had three other dealerships to visit before making a decision. Rich introduced us to the Sales Manager, Dan Rupp who wanted to know what he could do to convince us to buy the car today. Rich and Dan discussed the various packages, factory discounts, and financing available, but wouldn’t give us an actual price “until you are ready to buy the car.” This put us off a bit, but we didn’t feel pressured to make a quick decision. Our visit to the next three dealerships (Nissan, Mazda & Infiniti) was not nearly as pleasant an experience. The level of professionalism was lacking, prices were higher than what we expected, and some of the vehicles just didn’t seem as appealing as the RDX. We went back home to go over our notes and make a decision on the “contenders.” After going over everything it was clear the Acura RDX was our winner. The next day we sat down with Rich, “talked turkey,” and he quickly came up with an offer we couldn’t refuse. The color and package we wanted wasn’t in their inventory, but they quickly located the vehicle for us. When we went back to pick up the car it was smooth sailing through their Finance department. Rich personally sat down with us in the vehicle and went over all of the controls and returned my wife’s EZ-PASS sensor he found in our trade-in. Now that’s service with a smile! We’ve owned the car eight months now, love it, and have had no issues. Rich has called us a few times to “check in” and make sure we are happy with the car. I also recently received an email from Larry Brennan, Customer Relations Manager offering us a free oil change and multi-point inspection. We are both retired and only have about 2,000 miles on the RDX, but will take him up on the offer. I’ve had my 2003 Acura CL-S in for service at Ocean of Acura, most recently for an airbag recall. They are always professional and no surprises! More

RICH Wenger I HAD THE BEST CAR SALESMAN EVER!! RICH WENGER IS AWESOME, FUNNY ,& QUICK!!!! HE MADE SURE I LOVED THE CAR I BOUGHT BEFORE SIGNING, HE'S JUST THE BEST I HAD THE BEST CAR SALESMAN EVER!!
