This dealership quoted me a price plus sales tax and registration online, but then they refuse to honor that price unless I have to pay some additional hidden fees. My fiancé and I decided to check out the inventory at Acura of Milford on a whim. We had been shopping for a new vehicle, and were pretty unimpressed with most of the other dealerships we had visited, at Acura of Milford on a whim. We had been shopping for a new vehicle, and were pretty unimpressed with most of the other dealerships we had visited, so our expectations were very low when we arrived at Acura of Milford. Upon exiting our vehicle, and approaching the entrance to the dealership, we were immediately greeted with a warm and welcoming 'hello' from Milton Martinez, who met us outside of the dealership. We knew at this moment that our experience at here was going to be unlike any other we had before and Milton continued to impress us from that moment. Aside from being friendly and easy to relate to, he is very knowledgable about the inventory and was always upfront and honest with us about any questions we had about pricing. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful endeavor, but Milton was cool, calm and collected during our entire visit and that put us at ease. Most sales people can be pushy at times, but Milton was a true professional and never once made us feel uncomfortable. He made it known that he was there to help us through the entire process. Even after we took delivery of our new vehicle, Milton was there to help when I had a small issue with the car. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue, and even checked in with me a few days later to make sure all was well and to assure me that if I needed anything else, he was there to help. I never expected to have such a positive car buying experience, but Milton dispelled all stereotypes about car salespeople that I had and made my experience at Acura of Milford a memorable one for a good reason! Because of the incredible hospitality and amazing customer service that Milton showed me, I will be an Acura owner for life! More
In the situation I was in trying to trade in my car for another was not easy due to the negative equity that was going on with my car but Milton assured me he will help me as much as he can. He deffinetly gave me hope that I will get a car that I'm happy and comfortable with financially. He always gave me any updates that was going on with the trade in and also trying to get approved. He was very friendly, always professional and was very understanding of my situation. He deffinetly showed a lot of leadership and did not give up on helping me out. I recommend anyone looking into getting a car to go to this dealership, they trully want to help you out. I am very happy I chose to go to Acura of Milford and have gotten great customer service. The customer service is outstanding. I needed a better car for my recently surgically repaired back and Cailin sent Eddie with a car to may house for a test drive, negociated with me at my home and delive car for my recently surgically repaired back and Cailin sent Eddie with a car to may house for a test drive, negociated with me at my home and delivered the car at my house the next day. I never had to drive to the dealership and it was a real blessing because my back was still quite painful. Communications and trade-in process were excellent. My overall experience with this dealer was great! I am a tough customer but a New car purchase has never been this easy for me! Eddie was very polite and informative. I knew what I wanted when i went there and did my research ahead. They had the vehicle in stock, and told them what I expected to pay. We came to an agreement pretty much right away, no hassle and I was driving out of there in my new car wituin couple of hours. Btw. I visited 2 other dealers around but neither wanted to come down to a reasonable price. Along with friendly atmosphere at acura of milford, we shared a lot of laughs, with Ed and his manager rococo who really has a good sense of humor. I will recommend this dealer to all of my friends and definitely go back to visit them with any service my car is due. More
First I have to say that I don't tend to trust dealerships! I've had bad experiences with Acura dealerships in the past and was surprised that Acura of Milford made me feel so welcome from the fi dealerships! I've had bad experiences with Acura dealerships in the past and was surprised that Acura of Milford made me feel so welcome from the first email to set up a test drive....to the guys in service. But I have to say the Sales Group at Milford Acura are all a delight - especially my man Milton Martinez, who made the sale happen for me and got me in the car I really wanted and never thought I could get! I guess he meant it when he said you deserve to be driving this car!!! I thought I'd have to settle and he fought to get the numbers to work on my tradein and my monthly payments so I COULD obtain the car that my heart desired!!! Milton is warm and friendly and an absolute professional and has been so helpful and truly cares that not only I had a good experience with my purchase but that I am happy with the service as well. Everyone has been so helpful and courteous and pleasant...they didn't just sell me a car - they seem to have welcomed me into their Acura family - and with this being my 3rd TL and my 4th Acura (once you buy one, how could you ever buy anything else!LOL)....I guess I have earned the right to be an Acura family member! Keep up the great work all!!! And THANK YOU so much - I just LOOOOOOVE my car!!! More
