UPDATE: As soon as I removed my sunglasses from the holder the noise I thought to be an issue was resolved. Once again I enjoy driving & find myself wanting to go everywhere in it! Not to mention how fabulous the dark gray & chrome combo is. Thanks again!

The customer came to Acura of Milford looking to purchase a 2013 Acura TSX Special Edition with manual transmission. We did not have the vehicle in stock and offered to obtain the vehicle from another Acura dealership, but were unable to come to terms. At a later date, the customer wanted us to match the price of a used 2013 TSX at another Acura dealership. We could not match the price of a used car for a new 2013. We offered the terms on purchasing a new 2012 TSX we have in stock that met his specifications as well as locating the specific 2013 vehicle from another Acura dealership. As of this date we have not come to terms. I let the customer know we would welcome his service business regardless of where he purchases the vehicle.
