I love these guys! I drove 2 hours to check out a car they had in my color preference white. There was another white one locally but it had damage that wasn't fixed & initially the numbers were not what they had in my color preference white. It was worth the drive out there twice. Initially I was disappointed after my testdrive as it did not meet my expectations comparatively to the other car locally but I came up with the idea to try another one before walking away & taking the 2 hour drive back empty handed since Gabby had already blown me away by his sales offer. He went above & beyond my expectations nearly causing me to faint in which he offered me his snack/drink. I could not have asked for a better sales manager who listened to my needs attentively & met them in addition to superexceding my wishes. During this time Bob the sales guy also listened to my concerns & remained patient with me during the decision making process from start to finish. He provided snacks for my daughter & helped keep her entertained by the markers he had for her to color with. He encouraged me along the way & made key points about the car such as the exterior, the reliability of it, & how it would help me financially down the road. Oscar in detailing/service dept was great too encouraging me about the car & seeing to it that the safety locks where in place. He offered tips on how to treat the leather when I asked him & helped provide me w/a sense of excitement for taking ownership of the vehicle. Also, Bob was great at making sure the carseat was secured safely. GM Charles presented the final number at the end of the night sealing the deal for Gabby & I the next day. The finance manager came to the table before bringing me into the office in which he didn't seem to mind waiting while my daughter insisted on using the bathroom 3x during that time. So all in all I had a great experience at Acura of Milford! I would recommend this dealership if you are looking to be treated like family while getting a good deal! It's a bit of a way's to CT from RI but if I ever had to make an excuse to visit for service, you bet I would just to say hi! I hope that these guys continue to get business & make great deals for people like me that can't afford new but looking for quality. **When I looked online at Acura's requirement for certification they seemed to meet the criteria from the outside. I asked to see service records that proved that things had been done to the car such as air filters replaced, fluids, brakes, etc. Come to find out it is mandatory that 2 keyphob's minimum be provided & they did this without me having to ask in which the other car only had one. The car is 2 days new to me & even if something needs to be addressed which I'm thinking it does I'm so happy about the deal I got that it's just a matter of bringing it in for repair under warranty. I never expected the great deal they offered me or receiving a car that is still getting broken in at 30,000 miles. Thank you acura of Milford & God bless! More
BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! I went there to purchase an MDX when the lease on my TL was up. Because my car had been involved in a minor accident I was told that I would have to accept 20 % less on my trade MDX when the lease on my TL was up. Because my car had been involved in a minor accident I was told that I would have to accept 20 % less on my trade because of the negative carfax I had. I was not happy but felt like I had no choice. Rob Sanchez told me that they would have to sent the car to auction because no one would buy it with the bad car fax. I spent more than four hours there going round and round with them about this. So I took their lousy offer of 19000 and bought an MDX. Well just a few days later I see my former car on their website for sale for 25,799 with a clean car fax!!!!!! They knew all along that the carfax was clean and pretended it wasn't so they could swindle me and a perspective buyer! Wow! So they lie to me and knowing it was in an accident they are advertising it as clean. they even advertise that they serviced it during my lease! I had one oil change there over three years! More lies!!! And yes I did call and Rob said he knew nothing about it, ok , and I would have to speak to his manager. He agreed to give him my name and number and have him call me. Of course he didn't . Now I know why I heard so much laughing while I was there negotiating my "deal" Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More

Our experience with Acura of Milford was excellent!! Charles, the general manager, took his time to help us on a very busy Saturday. I came in for an alignment. My instinct was to go to town fair tire, but I thought the acura dealer would do a better job. I was very wrong. A simple thing like the steering wheel being straight after the al fair tire, but I thought the acura dealer would do a better job. I was very wrong. A simple thing like the steering wheel being straight after the alignment was completed is beyond there skill set. The steering wheel was turned hard to the right to have the car track straight down the road. I brought it back and then it was turned left to be straight driving down the road. I wasted two hours of my time the first visit and another two the second visit. I took it town fair tire and they fixed it right up. Acura of milford service department is incompetent. I will never bring my car there for any service ever!!!!!! More

Was quoted a price on a vehicle. When I traveled over 20 miles to the dealership to purchase the vehicle, they said they cant to that offer. Instead they tried to sell it to me for $1500.00 more.
