The problem was, I still had 5 months left on my lease and I was already over my mileage. Told him the budget I wanted, and he was able to get me into a brand new lease the same day! Got me to the wedding! A great big thanks to Bob, Drew, Steve, Fernando and Chris the tow truck driver. My Acura MDX radiator decided to crap out while driving to an out of town wedding. We were three hours away from home and trying to get to a wedding that night. These folks were so understanding of our predicament and made sure to help us professionally and with such a great customer service ethic. I thank them SO much for all their help getting my car fixed this weekend. Please make sure they are recognized! More

However I started to bring the 2008 mdx to Acura of milford and they have been nothing but awesome. When I first brought in the car for a normal oil change service I met Steve Knox who works in the service department. Steve was very helpful and professional and really cares about the needs of his customers. Steve has helped me through every issue and concern I have ever had with my vehicle. I needed to have the motor replaced he made it his own by contacting the warranty company I have through the other dealer and made sure everything was perfect. Everyone I have dealt with at the dealership has a positive and professional attitude and by what I see cares about the customer. This is a great dealership and the service department is awesome. Only other note I can add is thanks Steve for making me and my family feeling as if we are part of your family. More

LIARS!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! ****this has been the worst experience ever****. from the start to the end. they are all liars!!! from the sale rep(vincent), financial manager(eric) ****this has been the worst experience ever****. from the start to the end. they are all liars!!! from the sale rep(vincent), financial manager(eric) gm(mohammad). i saw i car online that i was interested in. i live in pa, 3hrs away so i spoke to the sales rep(vincent). i guaranteed that is car was certified and is in almost new condition. after paying my deposit over the phone and made all necessary arrangements (which includes paying for a 1 way rental) to go get the car i got i call from the financial manager (eric) the evening before saying the car has an issue and i should no buy that car. i asked what the issue was because it is suppose to be a certified car, all is was he does not know but that is not the car for me. important to note that i got this call only after i told them i will not be financing with them. i will take a check in. i asked the sales guy (vincent) what happen to the car he said it is odd because he checked the car and it ran fine. anyways i moved on to another car they had with all the features i was looking for since they already had my deposit and my bank had already prepared a check made out to them. after settling on this new car i was the 1st car i was suppose to buy re-posted on their website for a higher price. i asked what was going on i no one could explain. i have pics for the same car with both prices to show. after all that i went for the car. when i got there after driving 3hrs! they just sent the car to be cleaned even though they knew for a week that i was coming that day. after 2hrs! the car came out dirty. only the outside was washed. even the cup holder was dirty. i asked what sort of detailed job that was, the guy that washed it said he was not told to detailed the car, he was they told him to give ti a quick wash!!!! i got to the dealership at 3:05pm and did not leave until 9:30pm. when it was time to leave i was told that my 2nd key was locked in the safe upstairs and the personnel was got. i asked how come and the gm is still there. no explanation was given. they told me it would be mailed the next day. i said whatever, i this time i just wanted to leave. 2 days passed i still had not received the key. i call eric who the sales guy said would mail he key and he said he knew nothing about that(even though i saw the guy asked him about the key before i left) buy he will get it mailed that day and someone will call me back to confirm. hrs passed and still no calls, when i called back the sale buy(vincent) told me that eric told him they have to oder the key. i asked to speak to eric because that is not what he told me earlier and i just need everyone to stop lying! i told him if u guys dont have the key just be upfront i tell me truth that it will takes a few days and stop lying. that didnt make any difference! eric started to screen my calls and will not come to the phone! i called and asked to speak to a gm and the operator would not transfer the call. i had to contact acura customer relations to get some form of resolution. i shared my experience because i do not want anyone else to have to go though this ******* aucra of milford is worst!!!!!! it is not worth it!!!!! find a car somewhere else******* they all lie!!!!!! **vincent** **eric** **mohammad** **the operator (i forgot her name** ****** u have been warned ppl******* More

Extremely disappointing Accepted a negotiated price, left a deposit. When returned to close the deal, they reneged on the original deal. Apparently, someone gave us the wrong quote and there was much miscommunication among the staff which is not our fault. We spent hours renegotiating. We paid the price for their error in time and cash!! Worked with 2 other dealers-wish I chose one of them. Do NOT recommend going there!! More
