In addition, we respectfully declined your request for a “brand new Acura” and or $100,000.00. We recommend, once again, that you reach out directly to the Acura Corporate Client Relations Department @800.382.2238 and request their validation regarding any “ Safety Recalls” for your vehicle. Acura of Melbourne fibbed about following up with Acura Manufacturer contact info not once but twice. I waited weeks for Jen and Kristen to call me back but they did not. They were not professional in doing what they said would. Also Chris Glover cancelled appointment last minute for Emissions Label which is one of the Recalls listed. Car codes and Dash warning lights match open/closed recalls between Canada to U.S. And Acura of Melbourne is the closest Dealership for service so depriving of a customer with Health conditions and disabilities is inhumane all due to the lies of his two employees Jen and Kristen.
