Friendly Place I went to Acura of Limerick because my friend just got a MDX and I fell in love and wanted one so I went to my local store and they refused to help me I went to Acura of Limerick because my friend just got a MDX and I fell in love and wanted one so I went to my local store and they refused to help me. So I went home and went on the internet and found Acura of Limerick and when I reached out I spoke with Chris the Internet Manager and he quickly worked out all the details and the next day I went to meet Chris and shortly after I was driving away in my New 2017 MDX. Pleasant and friendly buying experience. My wife and I were shopping for a used car and sales consultant Dewey Moore was very friendly, professional and helpful from beginning to end. He even called me a few days later to tell me that he contacted the previous owner to get the other key fob from him. This is great for my wife and I so that each one can have a key, not to mention how expensive they are. My point is, days after the deal was closed he still took the time to make sure we had the best buying experience. Also business manager Ben Grinar was very friendly, helpful and honest when we were going through final extras and payment details. We're very happy with the purchase and I'm very satisfied from getting a great deal. More
BUYER BEWARE!!! If you buy a used car don't be taken in by claims a 182 point inspection was done. That implies the vehicle is in better repair then it may be. Shortly after my purchase, kept hearing noise so returned the car for service. After dealer having car 4 days I was told the car has a bent wheel. Picked up vehicle after a week and still heard noise just not as loud so I had the car inspected by 2 other repair garages that advised the same rear right wheel is bent AND the left front axle is leaking. Hard to believe Acura had no knowledge of these problems if they just did a 182 point inspection. Of course they are giving me the "this is after the sale" line. They should not be aloud to say they do a 182 pojnt inspection if they don't back the statement. It implies a warranty because certified cars say they did a 160 or more inspection. They give a false sense of good repair without actually providing a guarantee. Don't buy without first getting the car inspected by an outside party. More
Dissapointed I came to this dealership looking to purchase a used vehicle in their inventory. Immediately after arriving at the dealership I was greeted by the friendly staff that helped me find a salesperson so I could test drive and look at the used vehicle I was interested in. The salesman that helped me was very friendly and understanding of my situation with financing the vehicle. We drove the vehicle then returned to discuss pricing and other vehicle details. After going over different numbers I explained to the salesman that I was going to be cosigning with a family member on the vehicle purchase and would return later to finish the deal. He had then told me to keep in touch, giving me his business card telling me that I could reach him by text message or phone call. Later on that day I texted the salesman asking if there was anyway that I could leave a deposit on the vehicle being that I was interested in it. He replied and told me that he would get back to me with details and told me to fill out the online application for financing with the family member I would be cosigning with so that we can have all the information ready and processed for when I returned. I then proceeded to fill out the online application for financing. The next day goes by and I still had heard nothing back. Another day goes by and I received a phone call about the vehicle being sold. I was very disappointed and angry to hear this news. I was frustrated because I had filled out an application for credit and was not even aware that another customer was interested in the same vehicle. The salesman never had gotten back to me about putting a deposit on the vehicle and never bothered to tell me that someone else was interested in the vehicle let alone give me information on the status of my financial application. If I had known this information, I would have returned to place a deposit on the vehicle sooner. More
3 hours wait, very suspicious problems "found", HIGH prices I came in for a required service software update per American Honda and to order the recalled Takata airbag. I asked them to check for slow leaks in the Driver side front and year tires. I was waiting for the car, as I was told the software update would only take approximately 35 minutes. I was not communicated with for an hour and 40 minutes. The maintenance customer service rep (I don't know his name, but had red hair, beard & mustache), came out with 2 filthy air filters claiming to be from my car and told me it would be over $100 to replace both of them or $75 to purchase them from parts. I declined, called a local auto parts store & found out that the brand name air filters only cost $37! I was told that my brake fluid should be flushed for $125 and that all 4 seals on my tires were bad and that would cost over $100! I declined all of those services and was told they hadn't even started the software update or ordered by airbag! That was the reason for my service appointment! I had to keep asking when my car would be done. I asked the service manager to come speak with me, but he didn't. I had to go to his office and speak with him. He apologized for the time and lack of communication and tried to justify every price and misstep they had made. He offered me no credit, only an apology and "if there is anything he can do in the future..." NO THANKS. I only hope they did actually perform the software update correctly and when I get my new airbag, it won't be another 3 hours and other "problems" found. More

IMPRESSIVE! Very impressive dealership to say the least! My wife was driving an RDX and the lease was almost up. As our family is expanding we needed a bigger SUV Very impressive dealership to say the least! My wife was driving an RDX and the lease was almost up. As our family is expanding we needed a bigger SUV and third row seating was a must. We went into Acura of Limerick interested in the 2016 MDX. All of the staff was so nice and personable with my family and I. They were so excited to teach us about the MDX and even offered to save us thousands of dollars and have a longer warranty by showing us a certified pre-owned 2015 MDX. At first my wife wasn’t very interested in the 2015 but after learning it could save us that much money, she fell in love with it. I was so impressed that they even offered us that option because other dealerships aren’t too concerned with saving you money as long as they get their sale. This staff, including management was so incredible and made this experience well worth it. They were 100% honest and unbelievably kind. A few days ago we took the MDX for its first oil change and even their service team was remarkable. At the end of the day, this dealership exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be recommending Acura of Limerick to everybody I know. My family and I will unquestionably be going back in the future to purchase another vehicle. More

She made me feel so comfortable and was so personable with me as she helped me pick out the perfect car. Brittany did not make me feel pressured or cornered like other sales people do. She took her time in making sure she knew exactly was I was looking for and figuring out what was most important for me to have in a car. She was knowledgeable with the product and was also confident in teaching me all about the ILX. Because of Brittany I recommend all of my family, friends, and co-workers to go to Acura of Limerick and ask for her. As a result of having such a positive experience at this dealership, I drove away with a white Acura ILX premium A-SPEC. This whole team at this dealership is wonderful, helpful, and has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions. I already am looking forward to going back in the future when my lease is up! More
