Worst Dealership Experience ever, Avoid this dealership This was the Worst experience at a car dealership I ever had. The Manager made a price promise over the phone and agreed to honor a price. I have driven 200 miles to purchase the car and he did not honor the deal/price which he made over the phone. The manager even lied about the car being available in their inventory and when i went to the dealership that particular car was never in their inventory. The sales guy who helped me had no idea of what he was doing, he too lied about the vehicle being in their inventory when asked over the phone. He even pulled my credit report without informing me and I did not even agree to the price they were offering for the vehicle and put a hard inquiry on my credit history. I had to drive back 200 miles having wasted my whole day and 14 gallons of gasoline. Do not trust anyone of these people at this dealership and i strongly recommend avoid this dealership at all costs. They are too dishonest even for a car dealership. I was going to give a 0/5 star for my experience but i guess 1/5 stars is the least rating i can give. More

Great Acura Service Tischer provides great service. I called to schedule a service appointment for my 2015 TLX. I left a voice mail message for a return call. Frank Dav Tischer provides great service. I called to schedule a service appointment for my 2015 TLX. I left a voice mail message for a return call. Frank Davis called me back promptly and was able to schedule same day service. Upon my arrival, I was quickly greeted by Pablo and Thomas, who made sure I was taken care of. Tischer completed the A1 service within 40 minutes. The cashier was very friendly, professional and courteous. This is my second time visiting Tischer Acura and I will continue to bring my car here for service. Side note: I bought my Acura at another dealership--unfortunately the service was underwhelming so I came to Tischer. Thank you Tischer Acura for such great service! More
