I drive a Nissan and purchased at Lithia Niss This review is long overdue, but I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced at a Lithia Acura for years now. I drive a Nissan and purchased at Lithia Nissan of Ames, so Lithia of Acura is closer to my home. I have never in my life experienced such great quality service and friendly staff than at Lithia Acura of Johnston. They are transparent, HONEST, efficient, and the most friendly people you will find. Jeremy and Matt are great people to work with and personalize the experience by always asking what’s new and how everything is going. I’m a Nissan/Infiniti Guy, but an strongly considering our next vehicle to be an Acura simply because I don’t want to do business with anyone else. Great job to all! I couldn't get any of the Twin Cities dealers to deal on a 2018 This is my second lease in less than a month from Johnston Acura. I live in Minnesota. I couldn't get any of the Twin Cities dealers to deal on a 2018 RDX. I cold called this dealership in late May and in 5 minutes over the phone got the deal I wanted. Three weeks later I decided to end the lease on my TLX a few months early. Called around same response. Called Jon, he had a couple 2018 RDXs left. He quickly got authority to make the same deal. Picking up eack vehicle was the best experience I have had. More

Tire Rotation Pricing Went in for oil change and B1 service. Asked them to rotate tires and was told it would be $22 for tire rotation - Ok with me. When I went to get the car they explained they only needed to rotate one side of tires, not all four. When I questioned why I was charged the full $22 to rotate tires when they only rotated half of them they said "Unfortunately that is the policy." So maybe that is how it is done everywhere, I really don't know - never run across that before. But, I was surprised by that. More
