Diligent Service Encountered a minor raddle in 2018 RDX. Rode with a service technician to assist in identifying what I was hearing. They kept at it and were able to identify and correct the issue the following day. Provided car wash prior to my picking up vehicle. It was a very minor issue but they understood how annoying a minor raddle can be. More

Good experience with online purchase I had a very good experience with buying a new car online with Acura of Johnston. I was going to pay cash for my 2019 RDX. It was a little uneasy at t I had a very good experience with buying a new car online with Acura of Johnston. I was going to pay cash for my 2019 RDX. It was a little uneasy at the beginning knowing that you have to sign all the paperwork and pay them full price to reserve the vehicle without seeing it. I communicated with Alen mostly by text messages. Alen was responsive and very patience with me and answered all my questions. When I finally picked up the car, all accessories were installed and the car is ready. Next time if you want to buy a car online, I recommended talking to Alen. One thing I am not so satisfied is that I can't negotiate the price. Given that the time I bought my car was one month after the car released, I know I had very little negotiating power. Alen told me in the first phone call that there is no room for price negotiation because it was a brand new model. But they are able to offer me a better warranty package. More
