Salesperson was very comfortable to work with. We walked into the dealership looking to trade vehicles and was greeted by Kelly Rohde who got us the keys to the vehicle we were looking at. He was very helpful and informative and assured me my wait time would not exceed more than an hour. While in the waiting area he frequently checked in with me to update me on the status so that I knew exactly what work was being done on my car and when. After the service, Matt went over the diognostics of my car and was very helpful and informative to what needed done. The overall staff was very friendly and welcoming while I waited and offered me a complimentary beverage and made it for a top knotch experience! I highly recommend anyone to go to Acura of Johnston if you want to receive nothing less than the best service out there! More

First service on new vehicle at 7500 miles. The service was completed in the time indicated. Free car wash and vacuum included and that is appropriate as the cost is about $10 higher than servic The service was completed in the time indicated. Free car wash and vacuum included and that is appropriate as the cost is about $10 higher than service at some other sites. Not scheduled as it is only a oil change, new filter, and tire rotation. Just come in and be done with in one hour. I am pleased with service provided at this facility. You can save $30 if you come in when there is a service special. I had a internet message about the special price two weeks before I had my service done but he had to go to Sioux Falls so could not go in that week. More
