First place we checked out was Acura of Johnston. Our Sales Agent, Elijah Gustafson, was fantastic. He listened to my needs, and presented me multiple solutions both below, right on and over our budget. It allowed us to understand the market, and what we could get for our money. One of the most admiral traits shown by Elijah was patience. We took a couple of weeks to really decide on what we wanted, and Elijah had not shown the common 'Pushy Car Sales Man' like attitude of norm. Instead, he was always willing to help when needed. We came to the point where we didn't know what car we wanted, but we knew where we wanted to buy from. Eventually we circled back to the first car we test drove. A great looking 2016 Honda Accord Sport, they offered me remarkable value for my trade-in, and a great discount on the vehicle. It became a no brainer. We met with the Finance Manager, Anthony Flynn, who also displayed great knowledge and service around our options, and drove off with a new car and a big smile. More

Was rushed to make deal because closing. Was rushed to make deal on Saturday. Wanted to come back Monday. Took forever. Waited over a hour to finish signing and then my payments was not what was told. 2 days after buying car drive about 15 to 20 miles all my lights were on. Called and they told me there is nothing they could do because I did not buy extended warranty. I feel they should of fixed the problem. No worries won't be back. More

We called Acura of Johnston and worked with Leeroy. They gave us a better deal than Omaha was giving us and drove the car to us! This was above and beyond service and I would not hesitate recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Garbage. I drove the vehicle in wet a d freezing conditions, the next day discovered brakes were in bad condition. Pretty good, not great I purchased a used vehicle and did the negotiating over the phone via text with the sales rep. Was nice working with her but when I went to actually buy the car she was with another customer even though I had made an appointment. So had to work with a couple other reps. The only issue was the price we agreed upon was $400 something less than what they were asking and they added it back on in the paperwork of fees. Hey I know everyone has to make money but don’t try to fool me with your “fees”. $200 nitrogen filled tires, they charge you even if you don’t want it. Why is this not considered an option? I prefer honesty when buying a vehicle and don’t like playing the games. More
