Excellent Customer Service I came in looking for a car and was only there for about 5 minutes walking around the lot when Jarrod came out to help me. I told him the price range I came in looking for a car and was only there for about 5 minutes walking around the lot when Jarrod came out to help me. I told him the price range I was looking for and he showed me some options. What I really liked about him is that he wasn’t pushy and actually cared about the quality of vehicle I was getting and wasn’t just trying to make a quick sale. Sejad also did an excellent job getting me the lowest interest rate he could and also gave me different warranty options that fit best for me. Acura went above and beyond to fix the minor things I wanted done before I purchased the car and I was very pleased with their dealership as a whole. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Great Service. Little heavy on the text messages and emails I've always had a good experience with the service department. However, they do go overboard when it comes to sending text messages and emails. For I've always had a good experience with the service department. However, they do go overboard when it comes to sending text messages and emails. For a simple oil change appointment I will get 4-6 text messages and 3-4 emails. This includes messages at the time of scheduling, two more before the app't, and at least two more after the app't. My suggestion is to ease up on the messaging and constant requests for feedback. Could be a 5-star rating if their communication policy was a little less intrusive. More

Our lane departure will not shut off like it use to We had the car in there for over a week and nothing has changed with the lane departure. We used to be able to shut it off and now we can't. The whole computer acted up when we had the cold spell, but now everything else seems to be working. It is scary when you pass a car and the steering wheel tries to keep you in the lane that you started in. Maybe it is a problem with all MDX but this is our second one and we have never noticed it before. It just started doing it after the cold spell. We have never had a problem with your service center and this might not be a problem that you can fix without the company doing a recall More
