Functional for an oil change; Ignore service suggestions I have free oil changes for the life of the car from Lithia so this location is the most convenient for me to get that service completed. I have never I have free oil changes for the life of the car from Lithia so this location is the most convenient for me to get that service completed. I have never had issue with the service and it is always quick and efficient. I asked them to look at my window which was acting up while they had it for the oil change. They said I needed a new motor and regulator for my window and the part would be $950 dollars. $950 dollars for a simple motor. and that was quoted to me as parts only, SO THAT DOESN'T EVEN INCLUDE LABOR SOMEHOW!. I called the Mazda dealership and asked them the parts price and they told me brand new parts were $350 dollars. I can't actually believe the gall of them to quote $950(!) dollars for a window motor. Unbelievable. I will never let these people service anything on my vehicle beyond the oil change from this point forward. More

Car buying experience Sales person I dealt with was deceiving and not upfront with us. Said the car would come with extra accessories and did not get what was mentioned. We did not get extra key and since we put too much trust in the dealership, the car we received after doing all the paper work without even seeing any pictures of the car, there were dents and scratches in the trunk. Disappointed with the salesman. One person said it was coming from Chicago while another said it was coming from Texas. I hope service department will be better. More

Very Poor Communication I needed an oil change and some other maintenance done on my MDX. I made several attempts at calling but could never get anyone other the machine to a I needed an oil change and some other maintenance done on my MDX. I made several attempts at calling but could never get anyone other the machine to answer. I finally left a message to call me back as there were several things I needed to discuss. After a day of waiting, I just used the website to make an appointment for oil change only. The $550 of maintenance I will have done at a private auto repair shop. They will actually RETURN phone calls and discuss the maintenance issues with me. They also save me money. I love my Acura cars, but have always had problems with the Service? Department.
