All about the sale First impression of Cody we could tell he was new, but at same time was still helpful. His boss actually suggested the RDX. The car was used so it was understandable that it would not be in perfect condition. Interior detail done was lacking. There was still foot prints on glass and old dry milk. Cody and Sejad expressed how car was well taken car of and no rust which was not true. Part of the deal was that dealership had it repaired properly. It was not. Body guy used bondo and chicken wire which is going to hold in water and create more rust in future. Once sale was made I haven't had any sort of follow up from either sales reps. It's been over a month and no paper has yet to arrive regarding payments. I wasn't informed about which bank I was approved through for financing. My opinion about dealership overall is that their selection is nice, but customer service is not so great. More
Punctual, respectful, efficient service experience I experienced a stall of my Acura TL late one evening. I contacted AAA and arranged for the vehicle to be transported to the Service Dept at Acura of I experienced a stall of my Acura TL late one evening. I contacted AAA and arranged for the vehicle to be transported to the Service Dept at Acura of Johnston, Early the next morning I called and left a message about the car and was contacted by Jeremy Gorsuch right after 7 AM. I explained the problems. Jeremy called me back approximately90 minutes later. He described the problem as a failed alternator. He indicated that it could be serviced within that day. The vehicle needed its "routine" as well, and he said that would be no problem. By 3:30 PM. I heard back that all had been completed and Jeremy indicated he would have the shuttle pick me up. I was back at the Service Center within 45 minutes and in my now wholly normally functioning automobile and home. The work was completed within 20 hours of my breakdown. I've pleased with the efficiency of the repair and service and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. More
