Interior of car smelled really bad after car wash Trip Odometer / Maintenance reminder was not reset after the oil change. Windshield reminder was not replaced after oil change. The interior of the car smelled very bad and still has remnants of BO after the car wash. Had the car rewashed by a 3rd party and the front seats shampooed. It still smells like bad B.O. in there on warm days. Checked the interior air filter to see if they put an old smelly one in there. Seems to be okay. Not sure what has happened to Acura of J. service but I would really be upset if we had a really expensive car serviced there. I don't like Smart Honda's sales team and don't trust their service department, and now Acura has issues. We bought the Lithia maintenance plan thinking we were going to use Acura for service and convenience and trust of being an upscaled dealer. This theory didn't work out so well. We may have to start driving to Ames Honda for service. More
