No one would call back or respond to messages i left .salesman lowballed our trade in . Now I think there dragging there feet to get the car fixed .ready to take car to different dealership for something similar give them back the impala . More

I bought an MDX there is 2011 and have used your service department ever since for my MDX and other cars. I had a really bad experience with the sales team there about 4 yrs ago so not sure if buy another department ever since for my MDX and other cars.
