I had a fully loaded 2006 MDX and two golden retrievers with me.. The wrecker helped me to locate the dealership from the "scene of the crime", and while there I talked with Scott Mears, a Service Advisor. He was incredibly calm, logical, and sympathetic to my plight, and explained how to leave the vehicle when we eventually would arrive that evening, He also helped with directing me to the adjacent AmericInn hotel that he recalled was likely "dog friendly". The next day, as Scott had suggested, I promptly met with him at 7:30 AM to go over the symptoms, and shortly thereafter at 9:00 he let me know what the problem was that had been diagnosed by the technician. Within 3 hours he had me on my way back home. I met several people in the dealership the night before, as well as the actual technician who fixed the problem. Every person I met was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - which was truly appreciated in my time of need and frustration. More

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only issue we had was with full disclosure of additional costs for nitro tire service and paint protection package.
