Challenging experience Getting a response from the service department was challenging. We used the 'chat' feature and asked some questions about service ('can you do oil ch Getting a response from the service department was challenging. We used the 'chat' feature and asked some questions about service ('can you do oil change at same time as recall work') and were told we'd get a call. That call never came, so after about a week, I called and left a voice message with our questions, and again asked for a call back - which never came. So I went ahead & scheduled online, and included my questions, hoping for a call with answers. That call never came. I showed up at the scheduled time for my appointment and expressed my concerns to the service person who greeted me. Scott Mears apologized and said that he didn't know where our chat or voice messages landed, and that he didn't see them. He offered his number to call him directly for future maintenance requests. Since it appears the technology isn't working at this dealer, we will call Scott directly in the future. More

Oil Change I had the oil changed and new wiper blades. They recommended new air and cabin filters. I had them changed as well. They recommended other services I had the oil changed and new wiper blades. They recommended new air and cabin filters. I had them changed as well. They recommended other services needed for the car and I did have the brake fluid changed. The only disappointment was having to wait 30 minutes to get a complimentary car was after I paid the bill. I was the only customer waiting for my car, but I was told there was a few car ahead of mine to go through the car wash. More
This was possibly the best car buying experience of my life. I was shopping for a used car for my 16 year old son. Luke was awesome and was blunt and forward. My experience with Cody Semler was fantastic in every way. He was extremely considerate of my needs, wants, concerns, and questions throughout the process. Sales experience was fine. Delivery experience was poor. Sales experience was fine. Cody was quite knowledgeable. Had to bring in the RDX we wanted. Took a week. RDX arrived at dealership Thursday. Called to delay until Saturday. That was okay. Set up appointment to receive . Had to wait an hour past appointment time. Steve did a great job with the paperwork. Delivery seemed rushed. No floor mats. No cargo mat. No protective film on back bumper. Dirty wheels and tires. Limited time for training. At home, I noted no nitrogen in tires, and no washer fluid in reservoir. Rescheduled for proper inspection and application of protection package. Subsequent delivery check list and set up done at my home was satisfactory. Delivery is a big deal on a car purchase. My delivery experience was very disappointing. More

With Cody's help, we were able to find the right vehicle and with the patience of the team in Johnston, complete the purchase. The sale went beyond the closing hour for the dealership, but we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Cody, our salesman, had a great attitude throughout and did not rush us. Steve, in financing, also was fun to work with and made this an enjoyable experience for my wife and I. As a result, we feel great about our new purchase! More
