Very pleased with the car we purchased and the salesman, Cody. Cody was knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped us understand the technology. However, my used 2018 Subaru only came with A KEY no keyless Cody. Cody was knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped us understand the technology. However, my used 2018 Subaru only came with A KEY no keyless entry key fob, or even a second key or anything. They wouldn’t work with me to provide one somehow. So now every time I unlock the car from the door the alarm goes off. Add in a child and a cart full of groceries and it’s just chaos. Very annoying and ridiculous that a 2018 does not have a keyless entry when the post online said it did. Now it’s on my dime to get one. Also, the salesman left a key to another vehicle in my vehicle and I had to drive the 100 miles round trip to drop it off with no compensation or even a car wash. We also felt rushed to get in and out. More

Evert Edwards was our salesman and he was great! Still no tile and almost 30 days. Tried to present our check 2nd time after ACH payment was made resulting in NSF for us. They did reimburse us for that no tile and almost 30 days. Tried to present our check 2nd time after ACH payment was made resulting in NSF for us. They did reimburse us for that charge. Didn’t return phone calls except about our check which was their mistake, no apologies given. Would definitely not recommend this dealer at all! Felt like treated as second rate customers despite paying cash for the vehicle. Added “extras” to the quoted price without saying it was optional and then charged us for things we wouldn’t have wanted but already did them and added to final purchase price. More
