Jeremy Gorsuch has been very responsive and willing to assist me in dealing with the extended auto care company with which I have a plan. Not so much the sales department. When I arrived at the service department, I was brought into the service area very quickly, and the Service Advisor Jeremy G. was very friendly, and very nice. he listened to my concerns about the service into the service area very quickly, and the Service Advisor Jeremy G. was very friendly, and very nice. he listened to my concerns about the service on my Honda CRV, and said he would have the Service Tech check everything I was concerned about. the Service Dept. did a great job on my vechicle, and it was done in a very timely manner. Evert Edwards was a great sales person though we sent him a message of our complaints and he has never gotten back to us. when i took my car for cleaning detail after buying it, they told mebthey would clean a message of our complaints and he has never gotten back to us. when i took my car for cleaning detail after buying it, they told mebthey would clean and do car detailing but none was done, came home and spent quite sometime cleaningit again. The car was washed outside only and didn't wipe nor vacuum inside of it. I was given only one key of the car and was never told that car had one key. I asked for the second key and was told i needed to pay for it because the former owner lost the key and it costs $370 to get a new key 😯🤔shocking. Thought it wasn't fair for them to do that. I felt i was not appreciated as a customer and i bet am not going back there again. More

Took my new Acura RDX to get a oil change and even though my car was not making a noise anymore when I took it in they still review my car .
