Poor experience! This place is not friendly or a top notch dealership. Stick to a higher quality one! No one besides my salesman spoke when I entered the building. Standard is 2 keys no matter if its used. In the sales office, in the offices next to it the salesmen would stop talking to listen in on your conversation! It took 2 weeks for my credit union to recieve the proceeds check so it cost additional interest. In the closing, they'll tell you they can't remove the nitrogen or the additional protection but they can. There is no sense in trying to sell a car " at the lowest price " when you end up lying at closing because you lose your integrity. The manager never left his office to greet me once. Try another dealership if you want to be treated better! More
TLDR; My wife and I obtained a used vehicle and warranty at a great deal, and the sales associate was great to work with. However, issues that I feel should've been addressed before the sale and aren't cove at a great deal, and the sales associate was great to work with. However, issues that I feel should've been addressed before the sale and aren't covered by the warranty are leaving us to spend more than we had budgeted for repairs. Trade-in value was low. Typo on warranty paperwork won't be corrected. Poor after-purchase service leaves me unable to recommend this dealer. Pros: They really worked with my wife and I to get us a really great deal on a vehicle that was nearly perfect for us. They worked well to get us an after-market warranty so we'd feel more comfortable purchasing this higher-mileage vehicle (~94k). Alen in particular was excellent to work with - he wasn't trying to just "make a sale" but really made an effort to get us in the right vehicle at our budget price. Very friendly and flexible to work with. Cons: -The trade-in value we got for our vehicle was underwhelming; a bit disappointed at that. -There was a noise from the wheels/tires that I asked to have looked at and fixed before purchasing, but they looked at it and insisted nothing was wrong. After taking to several mechanics afterwards, each one said there was obviously severe uneven wear on all four tires that's most likely caused by over-worn suspension. Now all 4 tires AND the suspension need replacing, my warranty does will not cover any of this, and they refused to do anything to take care of my vehicle and me after purchasing. This was probably the greatest negative, because now we have to over spend our budget allocated for the vehicle. -There was also a typo on our warranty that swapped the mileage and deductible price; they insist it's an honest mistake and that anyone looking at the warranty will know what they meant, but I don't feel great about the signed paperwork not showing the correct numbers, and they won't replace it for me.
