Extremely great customer service before and after the sale. Went there with not the best credit score and not so idea circumstances and Jack the sales guy, grabbed ahold of the wheel and guided me right sale. It wasnt a new vehicle , however it was exactly what I was looking for. They , all as a team, helped guide me thru the buying process, helped me with finding the right insurance and much more. And that's not all, even after the sale was final and all paperwork was signed and I've had the vehicle for 3 weeks if not more, a slight issue arise and Jack and the team there at Acura of Johnston, in Johnston Iowa were very attentive and helped me out more than I would of ever expected. I'm so very grateful for the whole team there at Acura of Johnston and all that they have done for me. I do know where I will be buying my next vehicle once my credit has improved. Once again they treated me with dignity, respect and the best customer service before and after the sale than I have ever received from a car dealership. More

My experience with Acura has been terrible. My salesman was Almedin, he wasn’t knowledgeable and he never returned my calls or texts, I’ve still never heard from him. It took over a week to get My salesman was Almedin, he wasn’t knowledgeable and he never returned my calls or texts, I’ve still never heard from him. It took over a week to get the car I’d bought due to this excuse and that excuse and when I finally picked it up my salesman wasn’t even there. There was no paper tag in the window. The tank wasn’t filled and when I attempted to start it, it wouldn’t turn over…..They jumped it, filled the tank and sent me on my way. Two days later it wouldn’t start and I had to bring it back in and leave it over nite for them to tell me that it was the battery….This all happened late June…..It’s late August now and I still don’t have my license plates…They never answer the phone!!!!!! Ive called multiple times and left a message. I even called service and told him my plight and he took a message for me and still no one returned my call. I went in today to sign for the title and told the salesman how bad the experience was and he just started making excuses and proceeded to rudely condescend me as I left the show room. I dont know his name but he’s the taller salesman who refers to everything as “his”. “His title clerk”, “his stock of vehicles” etc. I am dumbfounded by just how terrible this experience has been. Their customer service is arguably nonexistent. I will never shop their again. More
