I dropped in to have a tire pressure check. I use Nitrogen. Scott came back to me in less than a minute - there was a NAIL in one tire. He said he could fix it in just a few minutes while I waited. Altho it was a bit more time than that, Scott came back with some surprisingly GREAT news! Since I bought the Nitrogen Tire Service plan, tire repair was FREE, along with FREE tire rotation. ...So, HAPPY with the service I received is an understatement, to say the least! ...THANK YOU, SCOTT !!! I was sold a car without heat. Rear power seat doesn't work. Check engine light is on Code P0299. Extensive staining across the 2nd row leather and doors. Dried crusted ketchup in between seats in the second row. During the sales process I was told the interior and exterior condition was 8.5 out of 10. Exterior I would agree. Interior is maybe a 6 at best. No backup illumination lights (burned out). I was also sold a warranty. Two of the approved shops closest to my house refused to fix my vehicle. The next closest that may or may not agree to fix it is 2 and a half hours away. I am not driving that far to drop off my vehicle. So I was also sold a useless warranty. I bought the vehicle in November and my DMV still does not have my title so I am driving an illegal unlicensed vehicle. I have contacted Craig multiple times to get title information, warranty guidance, and my overall dissatisfaction with no response in 6 days. I also contacted Michaela who did my loan paperwork with no response in 3 days. I grew up on a car lot. My dad was a General Manager for Fannin Toyota for 35 years in Kentucky. I know this isn't how a car/warranty buying experience should go. I would just like the situation rectified. More
