I do not run my vehicles through pull-through or contact-type car washes, so those coupons are valueless to me. The people have been very pleasant to deal with and very professional. More

I have been told 3 times a manager would call me and there was zero call backs. Trying to find out who owns Acura?? So I can let them know what I went through and what I heard from a employee. After keeping myself safe from Covid for almost a year, this dealership was the first place I felt very unsafe. I came in for an oil change (like I’ve done for 20 years) and only one employee was wearing a this dealership was the first place I felt very unsafe. I came in for an oil change (like I’ve done for 20 years) and only one employee was wearing a mask in the service area correctly. 2 employees were wearing masks on their chins and everyone else was mask less. In the waiting area everyone was maskless. I waited outside in the February cold and when I was told I needed new tires I replied that I’d be getting them at Costco because everyone there wears a mask. I’ve always loved Acura but this situation will make us take our business elsewhere. More
