I purchased a used RDX from this dealership and it was a nightmare trying to get my title and plates issued. After 2 months of "owning" the vehicle I still had no word from the dealership or state DMV about nightmare trying to get my title and plates issued. After 2 months of "owning" the vehicle I still had no word from the dealership or state DMV about plates being issued or receiving the title to my vehicle. I called the front desk and left messages for multiple staff members with no returned calls or follow-up emails. Finally, after the 2-month mark I called again, and magically it was resolved, or so I thought. This has been a nightmare to deal with and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I understand that there are hang-ups and unforeseen events as a dealership, but I have seen other reviews similar to the experience I had and would like to warn anyone that is looking at buying a vehicle from this dealership. It has been three months since I left Acura of Johnston with my vehicle and still do not have the title or plates. More

Bait & Switch: If you are told by a salesperson that you can put a down payment on a vehicle on a Saturday so that you can have your mechanic peek at the car Monday don't get your hopes up. Then the finance can put a down payment on a vehicle on a Saturday so that you can have your mechanic peek at the car Monday don't get your hopes up. Then the finance manager will come in to try to push you into buying the car because they will not hold it for you. Two thumbs down for being a professional place to do business with. Ron is getting a 1 star because ultimately he is in charge of this ridiculous maneuver. More
