Finance manager gave me low money for trade give customer choice about 2k protection instead of auto adding over $2k to car price. Finance also said they would have to send my car to another dealership in or choice about 2k protection instead of auto adding over $2k to car price. Finance also said they would have to send my car to another dealership in order to raise the offer to what I agreeed to. I see that my car was sold in less than a week and wasn’t moved to another place. The asking price was over 4K more than what I got. I feel that I was not given a good deal on my trade and lied to. Very bad experience,from the car inspection to get the paperwork what is actually inspected(i never get those even i ask several times) Car was not even clean properly,it was horrible smell.
