I had to change my appointment and they were very accommodating. Upon arrival they were very responsive and took the time to explain things to me. They quickly identified the issue and resolved it al accommodating. Upon arrival they were very responsive and took the time to explain things to me. Horrible service! They do not follow through with promised services purchases. Horrible attitudes and do not care about the customers, only their “short staff issues”. Site is way too small for the business they are trying to conduct. Service has deteriorated. Even with an appointment it can take 3+ hr's for an oil change. Those with an appointment are not given any pri conduct. Service has deteriorated. Even with an appointment it can take 3+ hr's for an oil change. Those with an appointment are not given any priority over drop-in customers. The staff is also frustrated with this practice. However, the physical building is too small to move cars around for a better service experience. I will be taking my business to another brand/dealer given the experience at Acura of Johnston. More
Only disappointed in one thing - that the damage on the passenger front fender was not addressed. We did not see it when we first looked at the car! It looks like recent damage.
