Due to my busy schedule I reached out through email to get information on purchasing my leased vehicle. I was sent numbers on the interest rate, monthly payment, etc in a fair time frame. I was told by Al get information on purchasing my leased vehicle. I was sent numbers on the interest rate, monthly payment, etc in a fair time frame. I was told by Alen Zenkovic that he could have all the paperwork ready for me on Saturday if I sent in a couple copies of needed info which I did. He said it should take 15 minutes at most to sign papers and finish things up, so I planned my afternoon plans around that. I was contacted by Andi Zenkovic that morning asking to text him when I was on the way, which I did. My wife and I arrived and were seated and Andi said he'd get things so we could sign. Long story short, he went back and forth from our seats to the finance office 2 or 3 times to ask us questions that he should have already known like what county we lived in and what the color of the vehicle is. I let him know we were upset that we were told the process would not take long. While we waited it was like a party was happening in the lobby with the sales, office, and service staff. They were loud and to us made it an unprofessional setting. After finally going back to see Alen he printed off more forms and for me to sign and apologized and indicated they had a busy morning and it was putting him behind. If that was the case, why did I set a specific time to be there? If I have a customer specifically driving in from 30 minutes away who shows up right on time I'm going to be ready to serve them. The 15-20 minutes max I was promised turned into nearly an hour. The whole process from when we originally leased the car 3 years ago was poor and it just finished that way as well. I will certainly not be going back or recommending this dealership. More

Very thorough. Came early afternoon without an appointment and was done with oil change and tire rotation in about one and a quarter hour.
