The dealership is very attentive while you are selecting a vehicle once you get locked into a purchase with them you become a nuisance and they ghost you. Both Trey and Adi Who handled my sale Did not take any calls or return any calls from me from the moment that I purchased the vehicle on August 20 up until yesterday August 30. I was having noise come from my brakes as well as noise coming from the steering I am mediately called the dealership the very next day explained all of these issues to a couple different other sales guys and still nobody has yet to address the issues. Next major issue has to do with finance, they have you sign a agreement stating a rate that the bank provides and in my case I signed a statement agreeing to 3.68% as well as a $2099 Acura protection plan that is forced and there’s no way to not get it however I did agree to it and signed.When it came time for me to sign the actual contract the terms had changed they had added an additional $1401 service protection plan on top of the $2099 service protection plan without my consent as well is the interest rate was lowered to help absorb the cost of this.When I called my lender my lender came back and stated that I was approved for 2.84% financing and that is what was provided to the dealership had the dealership not added the $1401 on top of the $2099 And just gave me the 2.84% from the get-go my payment would’ve been a lower than what it currently is. So now I am paying interest on top of $1401 that I absolutely did not agree to it was not explained during the signing process that that is what they done and in my opinion that is fraudulent business practices after consulting with an attorney as well as consulting with the bank I have argued back and asked for this to be looked into as I believe that it is bank fraud the dealership should not be manipulating paperwork just to increase their own commissions More
