Acura of Johnston

My 81 yr old mother has been misled for years by these people. She believes everything they say and they know it. She has to get oil changes there because she has to use special "Acura" oil. They shimmed people. She believes everything they say and they know it. She has to get oil changes there because she has to use special "Acura" oil. They shimmed her battery connectors because "that's how they do it" and "hope it lasts a year". But now, less than a year after buying the "special Acura battery", her car won't start and they want to charge her $400 to re-shim the connection. Scott should be ashamed of himself and hope no one treats his mother the way he treats mine. More

We had a great experience with Hasan Muratovic. He really took care of us, made sure we got everything we needed and then some. Most car salesman are forceful, and pushy. It was my first time with the service center at Acura of Johnston. Scott my advisor was very helpful and had great customer service. He was knowledgeable about the recommendations of my multipoint inspectio Johnston. Scott my advisor was very helpful and had great customer service.
