Everyone is very pleasant to work with. I never feel like I am inconveniencing anyone, which I greatly appreciate. I'm disappointed that the adaptive cruise had been having some issues, and that it allegedly wouldn't be covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. The warranty person was out the day I was there, but I was told this would be confirmed with that person once he or she was back in the office. I still have not heard back, and I even sent a reminder via the text message system used by the dealership. More
