I leased a 2019 MDX from this dealer 3 years ago. All was well. Good service along the way. My lease is expiring. I need a car, but they do not have one I want. They (Alex) DID NOT TELL ME that due t was well. Good service along the way. My lease is expiring. I need a car, but they do not have one I want. They (Alex) DID NOT TELL ME that due to the shortage, you can EXTEND your lease until you find a car you want. The first sales person offered me $136,500 for my trade in. I declined the offer. When I went back for subsequent negotiations, I was offered $134,000 by Andi who made NO EFFORT to find out what I had already spoken to Alex about and played dumb about being able to find out until I remembered Alex's name, telling my spouse that HE was the one who would be buying my car so HE is all that mattered. I later discovered through my own research and confirming with a different dealership, the trade in value of my car is $138,000. Also, after finding the exact same vehicle and package at another dealer, I discovered that they are adding $5,000 to the price of new cars due to the shortage, as are some other dealers. I did not know that I could extend my lease or that I do not have to turn my car back in to the same dealer from whom I leased it. This is information I needed to make an informed decision and should have been provided by the sales person. I extended my lease over the phone and will be trading it in at a different dealer. Withholding the information people need to make informed decisions and jacking up the price because of the shortage... not good customer service and not my kind of people. More
I have been getting my car serviced at this dealership for about 16 years. For the first 10 or so years, I got great service. In the last few years I started getting recommendations for needed repairs th for about 16 years. For the first 10 or so years, I got great service. In the last few years I started getting recommendations for needed repairs that seemed suspicious to me in that those recommendations were never mentioned again on later visits. I started feeling like I was being taken for a ride. The service I got was also shoddy. On at least two occasions, I have had to bring my car back (120 miles one way) to get a badly done job corrected. I must mention that I have found the last service advisor I dealt with, Tyler Weltha, to be someone I could trust. He explained the estimates thoroughly and seemed to respect and care about me as a customer. More
Bought my car from Acura in 2019. Always great service, friendly and knowledgeable. When I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle, they will be getting my business again. friendly and knowledgeable. When I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle, they will be getting my business again. More
