Proud owners of a new Acura TLX-Thanks Tyler Dolph Just bought a new Acura TLX. Buying a car is not our favorite thing to do and we don't buy new cars very often, but met Tyler Dolph on Saturday and d Just bought a new Acura TLX. Buying a car is not our favorite thing to do and we don't buy new cars very often, but met Tyler Dolph on Saturday and drove home our new car on Monday. Tyler and sales manager, Scott, were very respectful to our requests, negotiations and questions. Although anxious to sale us our car, they both seemed to understand when we needed to sleep on things and make sure the car choice was the right one for us. Tyler has responded almost instantly to any emails showing his job dedication. We appreciated the extra time he spent today going through all the bells and whistles on the car and his offer for us to call or email him with any questions. The dealership is clean and staff very friendly including the service guy who was putting on the new license plate holders when the car just arrived to the dealership on Saturday. We look forward to building a relationship with the service center for normal upkeep on car and hope the Acura TLX serves us as good as our car we just traded, did for 10 years. Called Acura of Des Moines on several occassions with different items I needed for this vehicle, ( second key, transmission fluid and service reccomendation, and recall appointment. I was impressed on every occasion for the curtesy, product pricing, and assistance I was met with. It was very evident to me that Acura of Des Moines go out of their way to serve their customers. Elvis represents the dealership well. My experience in working with Elvis to get information about the Acura was extremely favorable. I told him in general terms what I was looking for an My experience in working with Elvis to get information about the Acura was extremely favorable. I told him in general terms what I was looking for and explained that I was not in a hurry to make a decision. Elvis then asked me a series of questions to further identify features that might be important. By the time we were ready to test drive the 2016 RDX demonatrator Elvis had explained many of the car's features that he thought might be of interest to me. As we were driving he then identified how some of those features were operating. When we returned Elvis demonstrated how I could use the computer to get the pricing information and availability. Elvis represented the dealership well and if I determine the RDX is the car that suits my needs I will be sure to work with Elvis. He is the kind of person I would like to do business with. More
