Oil change and tire check Overall it was a good experience. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and because I felt a vibration at high speed. I didn’t feel the vibration on my way to the dealership but the service department explained that it was probably just snow buildup on one of the tires and they would check anyway. They checked everything and it was ok. It was quick and easy, what more could you ask for. More

He was patient with me through the process as I was researching and getting comfortable with the decision to purchase new or used. John responded quickly to my questions thru text, email or phone calls. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. He knows his "stuff" and can explain it in "layman terms" to folks that aren't car experts. He's friendly and really took the time to listen to my questions and comments even though he was very busy with other clients, I never felt second best.
