Of all the dealerships and sales associates that I have dealt with, I have to say that Garrick Huie was truly a pleasure to work with. My parents were in the market for a car so we stopped by Acura of Hun dealt with, I have to say that Garrick Huie was truly a pleasure to work with. My parents were in the market for a car so we stopped by Acura of Huntington on Friday to take a look. Garrick showed my parents the MDX, RDX, and TL. He showed them all of the options that were available to them and went through all the financing options as well. He truly knows his cars inside and out. At no point did he make my parents feel pressured to buy a car. Who knew at the end that my parents would end up buying an MDX? Due to the labor day weekend, my parents couldn’t pick up the car until Tuesday (but more to come on that). All day Saturday and Sunday, I couldn’t stop thinking about the Acura TL. I decided to give Garrick a call on Monday to see if he was free for me to stop in and talk about my options on the TL and guess what, I bought the TL as well! Two cars in one weekend and Garrick couldn’t have made it any easier! Since I was trading in my car, it made sense for me to bring my parents to the dealership so we could leave my trade in and bring back the two new cars. Garrick went over all of the final paperwork very thoroughly and explained anything we had questions on. I was more worried about the car’s technology features for my parents than myself but Garrick couldn’t have been more informative and helpful. He spent close to an hour explaining all of the features in the MDX to my parents until they were comfortable with the car. My parents typically have a lot of questions, but when Garrick asked if they had any, they said they didn’t because he answered all of them! If you are in the market to buy or even want to take a look, go to Acura of Huntington and ask for Garrick Huie. You’ll be glad you did! More

I had an offer to lease an ILX from another dealer @315/mo. all rolled in (only 1st mo. and DMV upfront)and wanted to see if your store can do better. Jabir took the time and explained the process perfectly (5 star rating for him). I then met with Ray who gave me a counter offer @ $300/mo. all rolled in (only first mo. and DMV) which I accepted and wanted to move forward pending I canceled my exiting deal with the other dealer. Monday morning I asked Huntington Acura to put the deal in writing. I got an email with deal detail from Jabir. Once in writing I canceled my existing deal with the other dealer and gave Jabir the go ahead to start the paperwork. He charged my credit card and we were all set with the color etc. Within the hour I got a call stating that the terms were being changed. I spoke to Ray who denied that he ever accepted the terms provided. The deal sent to me in an email had not been from him directly so he was not going to honor the deal anymore. By this time I had already cancelled my previous deal. What a pickle I was in. I canceled my other deal to pay more at Acura Huntington? Ray could not stand behind his word and I just cant do business or recommend this dealer to anyone. If he made a mistake with numbers and later on realize that he can not do the deal as agreed even after it is put in writing. All one has to do is apologize for the error. Stand behind your mistake , admit it and we can move on (at least I could have). To deny words ever spoken and take me for a fool who didn't understand the terms is just insulting and sets a poor standard for your dealership (I guess he puts the man in car sales___). Jabir Choudhery was a pleasure to deal with. I wish I could say the same about Ray whose last name escapes and for good reason. The first dealer took the deal back on and car is being delivered tomorrow. I can can assure you he will have my future business because he was a professional and a gentleman about this entire ordeal. More

Tom was great to work with. The minute I was approached by him he was very friendly and offered me to test drive the car I was interested in. I just bought a 2012 MDX from Acura of Huntington with the help from Jabir. It was an enjoyable experience! When I visited the dealership, I was absolutely satisfied with Jabir's professionalism and dedication. And this is one main reason I decided to buy from Acura at Huntington. I had a 2010 MDX and was thinking about leasing a 2013 TL and visited Acura of Huntington and I was introduced to Jabir. What I liked about him is that he is straight forward and did not do typical sales pit and visited Acura of Huntington and I was introduced to Jabir. What I liked about him is that he is straight forward and did not do typical sales pitch like sales guys do. He first suggested that I drive RDX and TL and then arrive at a decision. I was very impressed by the handling and luxury of RDX and finalized the deal in the next hour after the test drive. I was glad that I met Jabir and he was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he made follow up calls after the purchase. I would definitely recommend Jabir to my friends and family and thank you to Jabir and Acura of Huntington for an enjoyable experience. More
I have purchased many vehicles over my 50+ years. I presently own a BMW and I recently leased myself a Porsche. The last lease created a need for an AWD vehicle since Porsches (Boxster S) are not known presently own a BMW and I recently leased myself a Porsche. Upon arriving at this beautiful, new dealership, I was introduced to Rich Plush. Nice guy from PA. trying to sell a know it all from L.I. an Acura RDX. Rich provided excellent service, a wealth of knowledge, and a more than reasonable price. Not much more that one could ask for. I have dealt with a Burns' dealership when purchasing a Lexus, an Audi, and now an Acura. The salespeople are always professional and always make you feel comfortable when purchasing a vehicle. GREAT JOB RICH!!! More
