This dealership obviously values the customer experience unlike most car dealerships. From my first visit (when I was shopping for a new car) to my last (when I picked up my RDX) it was an absolute pleasur unlike most car dealerships. From my first visit (when I was shopping for a new car) to my last (when I picked up my RDX) it was an absolute pleasure being at Acura of Huntington. Three words to describe my product specailist Rich Plush - knowledgable, straightforward, and extremely professional. He made a task that I absolutely dread (shopping for a car) into a great experience. Kudos to the Sales Manager too as I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership, haggling over the price with him. I also want to point out that picking up my vehicle was the smoothest, less time consuming pick up that I have ever gone through! I would recommend this dealership and especially Rich, to family and close friends. I know that I will be a repeat customer - love my new car and love a dealership that TRULY values their customers. After 20 years of driving Ford Explorers, I am hooked on Acura! More

I want to give an update of my review from two weeks ago. Shortly after posting the review about Acura of Huntington I was contacted by Abbas Rajani – Customer Care Specialist from the Burns Group, Owners o Shortly after posting the review about Acura of Huntington I was contacted by Abbas Rajani – Customer Care Specialist from the Burns Group, Owners of Acura of Huntington. Abbas emailed me and scheduled a conference call between my father and I to discuss the problems we had. He was very friendly, understanding and listened to our concerns about our recent experience at the dealership. Although he couldn't take back our experience he assured us that he would be speaking with the owners and promised to make the situation right and he did. Within a couple of days Abbas had an answer ready for us, and was able to provide the proper manuals/booklets for the MDX, valet key, and had the grazed bumper taken care of. This exemplifies true customer service and I’m glad the Burns Group and Acura of Huntington took care of us and made everything right. More
Went in for my first service on my 2013 RDX purchased last August. I arrive 1 1/2 hours before my scheduled appointment, but was taken immediately.
