Great Sales Experience My 2011 MDX lease was expiring in 3 months. I called my original salesperson at Rallye Acura in June. All he kept saying was that he can't do anythi My 2011 MDX lease was expiring in 3 months. I called my original salesperson at Rallye Acura in June. All he kept saying was that he can't do anything on price and gave me a final price to sign a 2014 MDX lease sign and drive ($0 upfront except 1st month and DMV) around $585. My original MDX lease was $530. This was way out of my budget. I was able to go a little up but not that much. I then placed a call to Huntington Acura and was fortunate to get Catherine Fanelli on the phone. I told her what I was looking for. She REALLY listened and asked to give her a few days. Mind you this was mid to late June. I ended up holding off till July 1st. I then called Rallye's salesperson and asked for a price and he did not budge. Catherine happened to check back with me and I told her what I needed and how serious I was to buy otherwise I would have purchased the Infinite QX60. She went to her manager and came back with $549 for a 2015. I was hooked. I wanted to think it over for a day. Being the great salesperson she is, she called me back the next day and said how's $541 sound. I was hooked and went in the same day and signed. I called the Rallye guy and said I got this and he gave the song and dance that she will not be able to get a 2015 and good luck getting the VIN. I expressed this to Catherine and she promised to get me a VIN by end of July. After 2 weeks, she called me with a VIN. NOW THIS IS GREAT SERVICE. Rallye Acura DID NOT LISTEN TO ME and DIDN"T CARE TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR ORIGINAL CUSTOMER. NEVER GOING BACK TO RALLYE as I found a GREAT DEALERSHIP WHO CARES ABOUT THIER CUSTOMER. Catherine is fantastic to work with and I got my car on July 31st just like she promised. Therefore, she will be getting a call from me in 3 years. She also followed up with me after I picked up the car and checked in on how I liked it. She is a great example of representing Huntington Acura of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Our salesman, John LaRosa, is a nice young man with unbelievable enthusiasm and driving skills. I don't want to spoil your experience, but definitely seek him out for a test drive. Not only did John provide excellent service to us, he took the time to chat with our son concerning online gaming. His manager, Joe, was willing to negotiate on price to make the deal. We also met with Anneliese, a lovely woman who was a pleasure to work with. I have my vehicle for a week and absolutely love it. Acura should be proud of its Huntington staff. The Casey Family More

Juan is friendly, professional, knows his vehicles in and out, and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He appropriately followed up after our initial visit and always did so in a respectful, professional and never time-invasive manner (which most dealers don't do). Once we decided on the Acura RDX, there was no question we were going to work with Juan and Acura of Huntington. Great purchasing experience, great price and pickup day was flawless.
