I was a former Infiniti leaseholder and stopped into Acura one day just to look around and was surprised at the level of service and honesty I received from when I walked in the door, which sometimes feels rare when looking for a car. I love my new Acura TLX, the car is exceptional and Tom walked me through the entire process from the test drive to delivery, taking the time to show me each special feature the TLX had to offer. Tom was also very patient as I had been shopping around from Infiniti, BMW, and even took a trip to Mazda, and all I can say is I returned to Acura of Huntington for the service and fair price. In the past, as I'm sure almost everyone can agree with, the car buying experience was always stressful and just something that we never looked forward to. My 2013 Nissan was totaled recently, and based on all of the amazing reviews that all Acura vehicles have gotten, we decided to check them out for the first time. Safety is of utmost importance, now more than ever, considering the recent car accident just a month prior. From the moment we entered the dealership, Tom was friendly, down-to-earth, accommodating, and knowledgable. We actually made an appointment with him a week before we came in, because the feedback previous client's wrote about his service and professionalism was second-to-none. Any question that my mom or I had, he was able to answer with no hesitation. The dealership itself is upscale looking, and is generally a very relaxed atmosphere in itself. I absolutely love my new 2015 Acura ILX, and feel very fortunate to have been able to get the car from Acura of Huntington. Their reputation speaks for itself. My mom will be finished financing her current vehicle (Honda) in a couple of months or so, and we will most definitely be back next year and see no one else but Tom!
