Upon picking up my vehicle after a recent service, I met Tom and inquired about a promotional event I received to trade in my 2008 MDX for a new 2016 MDX at a cost-effective lease price. He told me to ask for him when I was ready to do so. I’M GLAD I DID! We just completed the transaction and the experience couldn’t have been more pleasurable! Tom was extremely knowledgeable, patient and clear with a low-pressure style. He made my wife and me at ease, carefully listened to our concerns, answered all questions and eventually worked out an agreeable transaction. I was impressed with Charles' friendliness and helpfulness to someone not on a sales trip. One month later, I returned to Charles for a new RDX and help in trading in my Acura and a car from an estate. Charles listens well to determine what will make you happy and works to get you to that point. Personable as well as competent, he steps you through the paperwork (even finding and correcting a mistake before final signatures) and all the features of your new vehicle. Fantastic!!! Charles is a HUGE asset to your deslership. He not only answered our questions and addressed our concerns but he was patient. Reason I say this is I plan on having him help us choose our next Acura when this lease is up. Maybe even another one for the family. There were many dealerships that we visited and many cars that we saw but there was only 1 Charles Wiener and Acura of Huntington should be proud to have him on their team. From the time I went to him to finally buying the car, it took two months and nor once he pushed me to come and make a deal. He followed up and was really patient. Tom is equally nice, when I went to pick up my car, he was filing in for Juan and he had everything ready for me and NO SURPRISES what so ever. He went thru smallest details in the car and helped me set up everything from start to end.
