Win-Win Respectful/Rational/Sensible Mr Kevin Luby knows how to treat a customer. His friendly demeanor and product knowledge was demonstrated throughout the sales experience. Usually I a Mr Kevin Luby knows how to treat a customer. His friendly demeanor and product knowledge was demonstrated throughout the sales experience. Usually I am busting to leave when going through this process but felt comfortable here. He has patience and explains everything very well and answers all the questions without going off on tangents. When we picked up the car, all paperwork was in order and he guided us through all the features of our PCO RDX. Well done! We also met with the Finance Manager, Ms Anneliese Maue who took us through all the after sale considerations. After brief discussion about the initially offered rate being too high, she paused and said she would work on it. And as promised she did, the next day we were surprised and extremely satisfied to receive a very low rate to seal the deal. Overall, we were pleased with this car buying experience and dealing with such talented and professional staff at Acura of Huntington. Thank you. More
