An Informative and Pleasant Experience I was concerned about visiting a dealership out by the airport, but the Acura Honolulu Dealership was relatively easy to get to. Our salesman, Colin Sato, was very knowledgeable about the car we bought, the purchase process, and gave us a wonderful hands-on presentation about the workings of our new car. He was very informative, friendly and professional, NOT PUSHY! He also negotiated a good price for us! We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! More

After reaching a decision on the vehicle, along with the model type and extras, he sent us a few videos on the car that we purchased with careful explanations of the special features. These videos featured Colin doing a live explanation and we were thoroughly impressed that he would go the extra mile in creating those for us. It really helped confirm that we made the right choice in purchasing our vehicle that we now enjoy. Already from the initial meeting, he was friendly and professional. Never once did I feel like he was being a typical "salesman" with me but felt like more your neighborhood buddy who knew more about cars than you did. Since I came to him with what I already wanted (my wife LOVES the Mazda 3 and wanted nothing else, so it wasn't my choice) he was straight and to the point. Price negotiations was quick and fair and we ended up with a price that made both parties happy. He frequently followed up with us and how the car was doing and even went the extra mile to provide a lift on a follow-up visit. I could go on about my excellent experience.
