They make you feel comfortable as if you are like family even though you just met. Thomas was my sales guy. He was great. He made it possible for me to take home a brand new 2017 acura mdx. He made it a smooth process. He made sure i was happy and ok with everything. He Answered all my texts, all my questions, showed me how to use my car, and more. He will definitely be my go to guy for the future and future referrals. Service did whatever they could to get my car done for me that day just so i could take it home with the added things to my car. They couldn't finish but it was the fact that they tried that made me happy. I was able to take it home but had to go back the next morning. I was ok with it bc they are all great people who will go above and beyond and try to do what it takes to make you a happy customer. Thank you Thomas and the rest of the acura team. See you all again soon! More
